A l'étage, la maison se compose d'une autre habitation de type T2 avec une cuisine séparée, un salon/salle à manger, une chambre, une salle d'eau et des toilettes indépendants. Les combles sont actuellement accessibles via une échelle et ne sont pas aménagés mais ils pourraient offrir un potentiel de plus de 50m² et, de ce fait, agrandir la maison de deux chambres supplémentaires ainsi que d'une autre salle d'eau. La maison a également une dépendance de 22m² au sol avec un étage.
