nice big house in small village near jussey. upon entering, the large hall immediately catches the eye, with next to it a nice lounge with beautiful large fireplace. if you continue through the hall, you will find a large dining kitchen with attached to it a very large extra dining room with wood stove that heats almost the entire house. patio doors lead to the pretty garden with views. at the side in the garden is an old-fashioned house that used to serve as a bread oven. from the kitchen you also have access to the huge garage. what a space from there you can go up to the attic with another large space. you can see that the roof is in good condition. as everything in the house is well maintained. the house perhaps a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment, but it is in good condition, you can move in straight away. there is also a bathroom and toilet downstairs. upstairs there are four bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet. in short, a nice beautiful house for a very good price in the french countryside.

grande maison dans petit village pres de jussey. en bas il-y-a un grand hall (presque un piece), joli salon avec une belle grande cheminee et toilette. si vous continuez dans le hall, vous trouverez une grande cuisine/ salle a manger avec une autre tres grande salle a manger supplementaire attenante avec poele qui chauffe tous la maison. les portes-fenetres vous emmenez au joli jardin avec vue. sur le cote du jardin vous trouvez une maison a l ancienne qui servait autrefois comme four a pain. de la cuisine, vous avez egalement acces a l immense garage. quel espace ici. a partir de la, vous pouvez monter au grenier avec une autre enorme espace. dici vous pouvez voir que la toiture est en bon etat. comme tous les autres pieces dans la maison, tous est bien entretenu. la maison est peut-etre un peu demodee, mais elle est en bon etat, vous pouvez y habiter immediatement. il y a aussi une salle de bain et des toilettes en bas. a l etage il y a quatre chambres et une autre salle de bain avec wc. en bref, une belle belle maison pour un tres bon prix dans la campagne francaise.

leuk groot huis in klein dorp in de buurt van jussey. bij binnenkomst valt gelijk de grote hal op, met daarnaast een leuke salon met schitterende grote schouw nu dienst doende als open haard. ga je verder de hal door bevindt zicht achter een grote eetkeuken met daaraan vast een zeer grote extra eetkamer met houtkachel die bijna het gehele huis verwarmd. openslaande deuren leiden naar de mooi tuin met uitzicht. aan de zijkant is nog een ouderwets huisje wat vroeger dienst deed als broodoven. vanuit de woonkeuken heb je ook toegang tot de enorme garage. wat een ruimte hier en van daaruit kun je naar boven naar de zolder met nog eens zeeen van ruimte. je kunt zien dat het dak gewoon in goede staat is. zoals alles in het huis goed onderhouden is. het huis is misschien een beetje verouderd en moet worden opgefrist, maar het is in goede staat, je kunt er zo in. verder is er beneden nog een badkamer en toilet. boven zijn er vier slaapkamers en nog eens een badkamer met toilet. kortom een leuk mooi huis voor een zeer goede prijs op het franse platteland.
