wat een mooi schitterend statig oud pand is dit zeg wil je iets beginnen als een b et b of een groot atelier of winkel, dan is dit het pand voor jou. het staat in een levendig plaatsje in de haute-saone met alle voorzieningen. je komt binnen in de mooie grote hal met ouderwetse stenen vloer. het atelier van de kunstenaar (dit is een kunstenaars huis) is meteen links in de grote zaal met oud balken plafond en visgraten parket. de ouden keuken is rechts waarna je door kunt lopen naar de oude smidse, nu schuur. achter vind je nog 2 grote kamers waaronder de slaapkamer en nu provisorische keuken. ook de badkamer is op de begane grond. met de langzame, mooie grote luie trap kom je op de eerste verdieping alwaar zich verschillende kamers bevinden (5 in totaal) die nog verder moeten worden gerenoveerd. de trap gaat verder omhoog naar een grote zolder, waar zich o.a. nog een een mooie kamer bevind met een soort vide. wat een mogelijkheden biedt dit huis het ademt allure. alles mooi van hout en steen. mooi oude houten deuren en kasten, oude vloeren en meer. en wat een volume. vanuit de hal beneden kom je via de mooie grote deur en stenen trap in de tuin van zo rond de 300 m2 waar ook de oude wc nog in staat. onder de stenen trap zit de ingang naar de gewelfde kelder. dit pand echt een koopje voor wat je krijgt, maar renoveren is in must het pand is verre van af. er zitten nog vergunningen bij voor o.a. extra ramen, nieuwe dakkapellen en velux. ook bouwmaterialen zijn nog aanwezig. wie durft
