small authentic timber frame property near the lac du der that needs to be renovated. ideal as a holiday home. you entre the property bu a small staircase outside and in the salon you find a big fireplace, an old tiled floor and a beamed ceiling, they are striking. the kitchen and the bathroom are very outdated. upstairs are 2 bedrooms. there is a small cellar under the house where the skeptic tank is believed to be located. there is even central heating in the house. it is a house for next to nothing, but there are some negative points. there is 1000 m2 of land, but it is not directly next to the house. 1 piece of land is further on about 1 minute walk (right of pass way) and has a large barn on it which has collapsed (this needs to be addressed). the other terrain is a bit further away. the roof needs to be checked, it is leaking. this building is really an adventure and for the real handyman.

petite maison a colombages pres du lac du der a renover. ideal comme maison de vacances. au rez de chausse il-y-a un salon avec le sol en tomettes et les poutres apparentes et belle cheminee. la cuisine et la salle de bain sont a renove. a l etage, 2 chambres et une autre piece ouverte. il y a une petite cave sous la maison ou se trouve la fosse sceptique. il y a meme le chauffage central dans la maison. il y a 1000 m2 du terrain, mais non attenant. 1 parcelle est plus loin (droit de passage) a environ 1 minute a pied avec une grande grange dessus qui s est effondree (ca dois etre nettoyer a une moment). l autre terrain est un peu plus loin. la toiture doit etre refaite (ou partialement), il-y-a des fuites. ce batiment est vraiment une aventure et pour le vrai bricoleur.

klein authentiek vakwerk huisje vlakbij het lac du der dat opgeknapt moet worden. ideaal als vakantiehuisje. je komt binnen via een leuk trapetje en het schouwtje, de plavuizen vloer en het balkenplafond vallen op. de keuken ligt achter en ook de badkamer en die zijn sterk verouderd. boven zijn 2 slaapkamers. er is een kleine kelder onder het huis waar zich vermoedelijk de sceptic tank in bevindt. er is zelfs centrale verwarming in het huis. het is een huisje voor een kwartje, maar er zitten dan ook wat haken en ogen aan. er is 1000 m2 terrein bij, maar die ligt niet direct aan het huis. 1 stuk terrein ligt verderop (recht van overpad) op ongeveer 1 minuut lopen en heeft ook nog een grote schuur er op staan die is ingestort (hier moet iets aan worden gedaan). het andere terrein ligt wat verder. het dak moet worden nagekeken, dat lekt. dit pandje is echt een avontuur en voor de echte klusser.
