leuk romantisch nog echt authentiek frans huis voor de streek, in hoger gelegen oud dorp met mooi uitzicht. het pandje is echt nog romantisch frans, maar let op je moet van goede huize komen om dit te restaureren. er zijn grote constructieproblemen, er zijn verschillende grote scheuren in het pand, de zijmuur links is aan het wijken en zal zo snel mogelijk hersteld moeten worden. maar eenmaal hersteld, dan heb je wel een pareltje in handen. je komt binnen in de oude authentieke eetkeuken, met mooie schouw, oude eiken balken en kasten, bedstede, door de keuken verder, bevindt zich de opkamer of salon, van daaruit ga je naar een extra kamer met leuk oud raam naar de salon, nu in gebruik als slaapkamer. benden in de schuur is de wc en het begin van een badkamer en/ of washok. ook via de schuur ga je naar 2 extra slaapkamers. de schuur zelf is enorm, daar kunnen wel een stuk of 5 autos in. de tuin achter is groot met nog 2 extra vervallen gebouwtjes. dit pand is voor de zeer goede klusser, maar is de muur eenmaal hersteld en ik zou ook zeker naar het dak kijken, die is ook niet in al te goede staat, dan kun je er een zeer mooi authentiek frans huisje van maken. gelegen in een super mooi dorpje met oude ruine en kasteel. wie durft
