Vanuit de keuken betreedt je de gang die leidt naar een bijkeuken, 2 slaapkamers en de badkamer met bad en inloopdouche. Er bevindt zich nog een zolder die verbouwd kan worden tot extra woonruimte. Een kelder met gewelfde kelder onder de gehele woning. Deze woning heeft dubbel glas in pvc en is geisoleerd.
