beau grand hotel avec plus de 150 chambres avec presque toutes une cuisine et salle de bain. il sagit plutot des studios. lhotel nest pas en activite depuis quelques annees mais en etat raisonnable. quand meme il-y-a travaux a prevoir. lhotel a 3 etages accessible par ascenseur ou escalier. a part des chambres, il-y-a des autres salles qui etaient utiliser comme salle de massage (il-y-a aussi un sauna) ou pour la restauration. il-y-a aussi un cuisine. cest le plus grande hotel dans le coin a cote dune village des curistes. proche du autoroute du soleil, parfait aussi pour des voyageurs neerlandais, allemands et belges qui sont en route pour la sud de la france. lhotel est situe au bord dune lac vraiment dans la campagne. les studios en bas ont des petits jardins. le tout est situe sur un terrain en totale de presque 7000 m2.

prachtig groot hotel met meer dan 150 kamers. ze hebben bijna allemaal een keuken en een badkamer. de kamers kunnen worden beschouwd als kleine appartementen. het hotel is al een paar jaar niet meer in gebruik maar verkeert in redelijke staat. er is echter wel werk aan de winkel, extra investeringen zijn nodig. het hotel heeft 3 verdiepingen bereikbaar per lift of trap. naast de slaapkamers zijn er nog andere ruimtes die in gebruik waren als massageruimte (er is ook een sauna) of voor horeca. tevens is er een keuken. het is het grootste hotel in de omgeving en ligt naast een kuuroord. de ligging is niet ver van de autoroute du soleil en perfect voor nederlandse, duitse en belgische reizigers die op weg zijn naar zuid-frankrijk. het hotel ligt aan de rand van een meer op het platteland met een prachtig uitzicht. de studio s beneden hebben dan ook kleine tuinen met uitzicht op het meer. het geheel is gelegen op een perceel van in totaal bijna 7000 m2.
